The entire workflow is paperlessThe workflow of all processes is digitized via sp2go and can be managed by the decorator at the POS: decoration briefing, decoration guidelines, decoration order, performance documentation, reporting and statistics. The services are confirmed at the decoration location with a digital signature and sent to the sp2go server. Industry, trade and POS service providers have real-time access to performance data and the current status of orders.

All campaign related you can find data at a glance: campaign and validity periods, budget, decoration and performance guidelines, guidelines, decoration categories and fees. Real-time graphics provide information on the status of your campaigns for the current year: implementation, quality, budget and survey-related.
Individual decoration orders for each trading group in Germany, Austria and Switzerlandsp2go creates individual orders that the Selective Brand Cosmetics has agreed with its trading partners in DACH, manages and archives them. Orders are placed with the decoration service providers via the sp2go mobile app. All order data, briefings and guidelines are available anywhere at any time.
Order implementation & performance documentationThe services provided by the POS service provider are digitally recorded via sp2go: Photo and decoration receipts and confirmation of the decoration service with the signature of the retail partner are paperless. The data is sent to sp2go in real time and is available to all market participants in campaign-related photo galleries.
Quality management & complaints managementIn cooperation with its business partners, MEA has developed a process that ensures that within about 24 hours of delivering the decoration service, it is evaluated according to the order-related guidelines and fee guidelines and for its business partners it is evaluated and made ready for billing.
Order documentation, reporting & statisticsStatistics in the form of performance documentation and performance evaluations are available to you at the end of a deco campaign. All campaign data is archived in a photo gallery.
Your ControllingUp-to-date and campaign-related, you can track how much, where and for which individual service your budget has been used and how much available budget is still available to you. Call up statistics by period, brand, decoration location, country, city, decoration type or decoration policy.
The sp2go processes accelerate billing many times overAround 24 hours after the services have been delivered at the POS, the decoration and POS service providers receive the credit notices for the services they have provided. Industry and trade preserved for each campaign, one single collective invoice for all individual services provided in the shop window and at the POS, including photo and documentary evidence as well as performance confirmations from the branches.
Data security & protection against data losssp2go integrates industry, trade and decoration / POS service providers into the digital processes using a hybrid #NAS server solution with #hosting from our partner CBXNET. One part of the system is located on MEA’s own server, based on a Synology infrastructure in the Berlin business premises, the other in the data center at CBXNET. The solution is additionally protected against data loss with data synchronization and backup.
